Custom orders usually take 2-4 weeks to manufacture and ship (calendar weeks, not business weeks). However, during periods of high order volume, manufacturing and shipping times may be longer. If your order will take more than 4 weeks, we will notify you by email. Please note that manufacturing begins only after payment is received. Shipping costs vary, depending on where you live. They can be calculated on our Cart and Checkout pages. We offer cheaper (uninsured, very slow) shipping by Swiss Post and slightly more expensive FedEx International Priority (1-3 business days, excluding manufacturing time) which is insured up to 85CHF.
At the moment we support credit cards and cryptocurrencies. If your payment fails you should receive an e-mail with instructions how to retry. If you’d like to pay in another way please contact us by replying to the order confirmation e-mail.
Color customization is possible for an extra fee. If you are interested in a custom skin tone, please contact us using our contact form.
At the moment toys are single-size but we are working on expanding our offering, same goes for the shape of the toys.

Once cured, our silicone has a very soft, pliable feel — similar to pressing into a firm gel or a dense marshmallow. This gives maximum comfort and flexibility while still maintaining durability.

An item has been shipped:
At InumiToys, we do our best to fulfill your expectations and we want you to be happy with your purchased toys. Please be aware that all products undergo a thorough control before being sent and the policy of “no-returns” comes from healh and hygiene reasons. There shall be no exception to this rule. We will not take any responsibility for any damage incurred to the merchandise after the shipment has been made. Please be aware that all orders are custom made. For that reason, once a product is shipped – returns and exchanges are not accepted.
However! If you spot a defect on your toy, please contact us via the contact formulaire on “Contact Us” page and provide us with any further details of the problem that may help us understand what is the issue. We will look into the matter and discuss possibilities. Please note that problems that appeared due to incorrect usage will not be deemed as defects. For instructions on correct usage please refer to “How to wear the strapon” and “Toy care” pages.
We will not accept any requests for refunds or returns when incorrect product, specifications, colour, size were purchased.
An item has been manufactured, but not yet shipped:
InumiToys items are custom made to your taste and liking. Therefore, once a product is manufactured according to your choices, we will unlikely be able to sell it. Therefore, for any product that has been made, but is still with us, we can offer you 50/50 deal. Meaning, you should receive a partial refund of 50% and we will charge a 50% restocking fee. In that case, the shipping costs are refunded whole and the 50% is calculated from the value of the ordered products.

An item has not been manufactured:
If you cancel your order and request a refund on a product we have not started working on, no restocking fee shall be charged and you should receive a full refund. Please contact us ASAP by replying to the order confirmation e-mail or via the “Contact Us” page, if you wish to have your order cancelled.

Yes, there are no hints about the content or company logos present on the outside of the parcel.
You as the customer are responsible for all the charges imposed by your country. The parcel will be sent with export documents and commercial invoice where the toy will be marked as a ‘silicone sculpture’ and have the true value. Marking it as a gift would be untrue and we would face legal consequences for doing that.
There are two factors to this- firstly, as the toys are hand poured, it’s impossible to make two identical toys. We do our best to get as close as possible to the pictures. And secondly, variance in how different screens display colors impacts this quite a lot.
We’re sorry but we don’t support gift cards at the moment. The ‘Promo code’ option at checkout is used for codes that are acquired on special occasions (contests, promotion materials) and they are not purchasable.
