Our Commitment to You
At InumiToys, we strive to exceed your expectations and ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. All products undergo thorough quality control before shipment to ensure they meet our high standards.
Product Types
We offer two types of products, each with different return policies:
- Handmade Products – Made to order based on your selected options
- Factory-Made Products – Ready-made items produced in standard designs
Factory-Made Products
Unopened Returns
You may return factory-made products within 90 days of delivery if the product remains in its original, sealed packaging.
Return Process:
- Contact us to request a return
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Return the item in its sealed, unopened condition
Refund Calculation:
- Product value minus 15% restocking fee
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Example: For a 100 CHF product with 40 CHF shipping:
- You paid: 140 CHF total
- You receive back: 85 CHF (100 CHF – 15% restocking fee)
- Original 40 CHF shipping is not refunded
Product Warranty (Opened or Unopened)
Factory-made products are covered by a 1-year InumiToys warranty from the date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials.
Warranty Coverage:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty workmanship
- Material defects
Not Covered by Warranty:
- Damage from misuse or improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Hygiene-related concerns
To File a Warranty Claim:
Contact us directly through our Contact Us page with:
- Your order number
- Description of the defect
- Photos of the issue
- Proof of purchase
We will review each warranty claim individually and may offer replacement, or other solutions at our discretion.
Opened Items (Non-Defective)
Once the product seal is broken, all sales are final due to health and hygiene regulations. If you have simply changed your mind or are unsatisfied for non-defect reasons, we cannot offer refunds or returns on opened items.
The 1-year InumiToys warranty (above) covers legitimate manufacturing defects only.
Handmade Products
All InumiToys handmade products are made to order according to your specific preferences.
Items Already Shipped
We maintain a strict no-returns policy for shipped handmade items due to health and hygiene regulations. This policy applies to all orders without exception.
Since all handmade products are made to your specifications, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted once an item has been shipped. InumiToys cannot assume responsibility for damage incurred to merchandise after shipment.
Defective Products
If you discover a defect in your handmade product, please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page with detailed information about the issue, including:
- Description of the defect
- Photos (if applicable)
- Order number
We will review your case and discuss possible solutions. Please note that issues resulting from improper use or care will not be considered manufacturing defects. For proper usage and care instructions, please refer to our “How to Wear the Strapon” and “Toy Care” pages.
Important: Refund or return requests based on incorrect product selection (including specifications, color, or size) cannot be accommodated.
Items Manufactured but Not Yet Shipped
Because handmade products are made to order based on your selected options, cancelling after production means we must hold the item in inventory until we can find another buyer, which may take considerable time. For handmade orders that have been completed but remain in our possession:
- Partial Refund: 50% of the product value
- Restocking Fee: 50% of the product value
- Shipping Costs: Fully refunded
Please allow time for your credit card company to process the refund to your account.
Items Not Yet Manufactured
If you cancel your handmade order before production begins, you are eligible for a full refund with no restocking fee.
To cancel your order:
- Reply to your order confirmation email, OR
- Contact us through our Contact Us page
Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure your order has not entered production.
Please allow time for your credit card company to process the refund to your account.
