Online store terms
By registering at InumiToys and using our website, you represent that:

- Minors are prohibitted from using the InumiToys Website. You should not show or share this Website with anyone that is a minor; parental control protections are widely available and may assist you in deterring the access to a potentialy harmful material for minors should there be such a possibility. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the efficiency of the used protection measures.
- You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction regarding the legal right to pornograhpic materials as well as sex toys (including but not limited to copyright laws);
- You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature;
- You understand that this website and a shop is dedicated to selling sex toys, which photos might be visible all over the Website;
- You are not offended at a possible pornographic content of all sorts (language, nudity, BDSM, adult language, sexual activity) on the Website;
- You are not forced to browse the Website and you do purchase offered sex toys at your own will.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
General conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used throughout this agreement and the way it is split into separate pages (“Terms and Conditions”, “FAQ”, “Manufacturing and Shipping” and “Privacy Policy”) is for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Manufacturing
Custom products are usually shipped within 3-7 days. However, in some cases and due to high volumes the manufacturing and shipping times may be longer.
We reserve the right to modify at any time the manufacturing time without notice. In case of any delays, we will contact you in order to confirm the course of action. Please note that we do not start manufacturing the product before we receive the payment.
Products in stock are usually shipped within 3 days. Please keep in mind that products in stock cannot be personalized – they are already manufactured. Therefore, no possibility to choose a color, size etc.
Shipping
Shipping takes additional time after the order has been manufactured. Shipping prices may vary and are subject to change at any time as well as the estimated times for shipping. We cannot guarantee the standard shipping times as they do not depend on us. In case of a package being lost, damaged or stolen after leaving its place of origin, we do not take responsibility. The customer takes all the risk. We advise to select the FedEx shipping, which is insured up to 85CHF so at least part of the price can be recovered in such event. Please be advised that there might be some problems with shipping purchased goods to some countries. In case of any problems relating to other countries’ politics, the customer assumes all risk.
We ship to a large number of countries. If your country is unavailable to select on the cart and checkout page then it means we do not ship to that country. Please do feel free to contact us (using the “Contact us” form) and we will explore if we can find any shipping option available for your country.
Shipping cost to your address can be estimated on the Cart page and is also calculated automatically during checkout.
Customs duties and taxes
We do not take responsibility or cover any additional sales tax, Value Added Tax (VAT), duty fees or any other charges charged by your country. It is customer’s responsibility and duty to cover and pay any arising charges relating to the international purchases. In case of a failure to pay charges imposed by the customs of your country, your package might be returned to us. Should that happen, you will not receive any refund.
Credit card payment failure
In case of credit card being declined once the product had been already shipped, you give us a consent for resubmitting the cost until the full price of purchased items (including shipment) is fully paid.
Chargebacks
We recognise that chargebacks can happen for a variety of reasons. However, if you make a card payment and later dispute a legitimate charge by raising a chargeback without merit or legitimate reason (as determined at our sole discretion), whether fraudulently or otherwise, we will pursue our claims against you to the fullest extent allowed by law. We will forward your information to the applicable law enforcement agency and your fraudulent chargeback may result in civil and/or criminal penalties.
Order cancellation
Order cancelled by Us:
You agree that even if your order is accepted, acknowledged and an order confirmation is sent to you, we may still cancel your order without any consequences on our side. We reserve the right to cancel any orders or to refuse a shipping of any product without providing any reasons, for any reasons and at any time. Please keep in mind that any information or statements provided by our customer service have no legal force.
All our products are made at order and subject to availability. It may happen that due to increased number of orders, materials that we use to craft products become unavailable. Should that happen and should we be unable to process your order, we will advise you as soon as possible and cancel your order. You will recieve a full refund. Please keep in mind that credit card companies may take their time to book money back to your account.
Order cancelled by You:
Please be aware that most of our orders are custom made, and all of our products are for personal use. For that reason, once a product is shipped – returns and exchanges are not accepted. You will also not receive a refund for a sent product. Please be aware that all products undergo a thorough control before being sent and the policy comes from healh and hygiene reasons.
If you want to cancel your order, please let us know ASAP via the contact formulaire on “Contact Us” page. Please make sure that you purchase a correct item and keep in mind that your cancellation will be subject to a 50% fee once we have started working on your order. Please see the Return Policy below for details.

An item has been shipped:
At InumiToys, we do our best to fulfill your expectations and we want you to be happy with your purchased toys. Please be aware that all products undergo a thorough control before being sent and the policy of “no-returns” comes from healh and hygiene reasons. There shall be no exception to this rule. We will not take any responsibility for any damage incurred to the merchandise after the shipment has been made. Please be aware that all orders are custom made. For that reason, once a product is shipped – returns and exchanges are not accepted.
However! If you spot a defect on your toy, please contact us via the contact formulaire on “Contact Us” page and provide us with any further details of the problem that may help us understand what is the issue. We will look into the matter and discuss possibilities. Please note that problems that appeared due to incorrect usage will not be deemed as defects. For instructions on correct usage please refer to “How to wear the strapon” and “Toy care” pages.
We will not accept any requests for refunds or returns when incorrect product, specifications, colour, size were purchased.
An item has been manufactured, but not yet shipped:
InumiToys items are custom made to your taste and liking. Therefore, once a product is manufactured according to your choices, we will unlikely be able to sell it. Therefore, for any product that has been made, but is still with us, we can offer you 50/50 deal. Meaning, you should receive a partial refund of 50% and we will charge a 50% restocking fee. In that case, the shipping costs are refunded whole and the 50% is calculated from the value of the ordered products.
Please keep in mind that credit card companies may take their time to book money back to your account.
An item has not been manufactured:
If you cancel your order and request a refund on a product we have not started working on, no restocking fee shall be charged and you should receive a full refund. Please contact us ASAP by replying to the order confirmation e-mail or via the “Contact Us” page, if you wish to have your order cancelled.
Please keep in mind that credit card companies may take their time to book money back to your account.
Website content, product availability and pricing issues
We offer a wide range of products. All product prices are in Euro and are exclusive of delivery. It may happen that some of the items listed may be wrongly priced, labelled or may be simply no longer available. It is possible that some other errors can be spotted on the item page. We do our best to have most up-to-date information on our Website. In case your desired product becomes unavailable, we shall contact you and inform you that for the time being the item is not available. Should you wish to wait for the product to be in stock again, the item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available; the credit card will be charged at the time of the purchase. In case the product will not be available anymore or you choose not to wait, we will cancel your order and make a full refund.
Please note that offered products’ prices are subject to change at any time. Please also note that pricing errors may occur across the Website. Should the item’s correct price be less than what is displayed on the Website, we should charge you the lower price upon your approval. Should the item’s correct price be more than what is displayed on the Website, we will either inform you about the mismatch in order to check whether you want to continue with the purchase or we will cancel your order. By purchasing an item from us, you understand and confirm that we are not obliged to send you any item bought at incorrect lower price.
Product visualization and reality
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in screens, colors of products may also appear different to those shown on the site.
All our products are hand-crafted, therefore it is impossible to create even two identical items and the final product may vary a bit in color, size, look, feel, finish or style of the product depicted on the product page. We will do our best to reflect as closely as possible the product from the product page, but we cannot guarantee an exact copy. The customer agrees to buying a product that may slightly differ from the item depicted on the product page. Please note that there might be slight differences in sizing. Products may also contain a few trapped air dots or show a little of mold flashing, both of which are unavoidable in the production process of silicone toys, but we do our best to minimize them and they do not render products unusable or defective. In case the customer states that he/she received a defective product, we shall solely decide if that is really the case.
